How to delete your 517 Luxury (passenger) or 517 Chauffeur account and the data tied to it.
In the app (fastest)
- Open the app and go to the profile tab ("You").
- Tap "Delete account".
- Enter your password and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email operations@517luxury.com from the address on the account, or call +1 (754) 329-7290. We delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your account, sign-in email, and for chauffeurs the uploaded documents and profile photo.
- Kept: completed rides, as service and accounting records, for 24 months after the trip (see the Privacy Policy).
