Who will be driving me?
A professional who has cleared a documented standard: county for-hire chauffeur registration, commercial insurance, a background check from the last twelve months and a clean three-year driving record. We publish that list in full on our Join Us page — the same page a driver has to satisfy before we work with them. We are not a rideshare, and nobody drives for us who signed up yesterday.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, on your end. We track your flight from the moment you give us the number. If you land three hours late, the car is still there and the price does not change. Wait time is included.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. You get one all-in number in writing before you ride — taxes, tolls and waiting time included. There is no surge pricing, no meter, and no recalculation at the door. What you were quoted is what you pay.
What is the on-time guarantee?
If we are late to a confirmed pickup, the ride is free. No forms, no partial credit, no argument. We can offer this precisely because we run one route at a time.
Do I tip?
Entirely up to you. Gratuity is voluntary and is not included in the quoted price, so nothing is added to your bill automatically. If you would like to include one, the booking form lets you add it to the reservation.
What vehicle will I be in?
A black 2025 luxury sedan for a maximum of 2 passengers and 2 check-in bags. On a long run, space matters more than squeezing in another one. The cabin is silent enough to take a call from the back seat without the other person knowing you are in a car.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. 517 Luxury LLC operates as a licensed for-hire service in Florida with commercial passenger insurance. Proof of coverage is available on request before your first ride.
What areas do you serve?
South Florida is home: Miami, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, plus MIA, FLL and PBI. Longer runs to Orlando, Naples and Tampa are available and quoted per route.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Same-day works when the calendar allows, and we confirm it personally. For a specific date and time — an early flight or an event — booking ahead guarantees it, since there is only one car.
